Buying or selling a home in the New Orleans area is serious business and it can be a nightmare with the wrong agent. The question that you are probably asking is why should I use this agent? My answer is quite simple. Because you can trust me and because I am willing to lose you as a customer if that's what it takes. In other words Honesty and integrity will sometimes turn off a seller when I say that the price is too high or that I can't list it without disclosing the obvious defect.
Some people really want agents that will patronize them and I think that this a major mistake for both the agent and the seller of the property. My 16 years in the business has taught me that honesty and integrity allows me to sleep at night and the customers that I do have see me as a member of their extended family or if you will they see me as a consultant.
In many cases a lot of my property investors view me as their advisor and for the most part my clients from many years ago send their children that are now grown up to find a home in New Orleans, Kenner, Metairie and throughout most the of the New Orleans Metro Area. Being a real estate agent in New Orleans has its drawbacks some time, for instance sometimes I find the perfect property and we get the perfect price on that realty and suddenly a hurricane is in the gulf and no one will write a policy. Yet I would not trade it for anything in the world.
